How long does it take to deliver to the USA?
Standard delivery: 10-14 business days from order confirmation. Rush delivery: 5-7 days (premium fee applies). All orders include tracking.
Can I customize logos, names, and numbers?
Absolutely. Full customization available—logos, team names, player numbers, colors, labels. We handle everything in-house for precision quality.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Tiered pricing: 50-99 units (standard), 100-249 units (5% off), 250-499 units (10% off), 500+ units (custom quote with 15%+ savings).
What materials do you use?
Premium blends: spandex, polyester, nylon. All OEKO-TEX certified and USA textile compliant. Material composition adjusts based on your needs (budget vs. performance).
What if my order arrives with defects?
We inspect everything before shipment. If issues arise, we address them immediately. Replacement units ship at no extra charge.
